- Payment information: billing details processed through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us for support or other inquiries.
- Customer Data: telemetry data, traces, logs, and other content you send to the Services through our APIs and integrations.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: anonymized, aggregated information about how you interact with the Services, including feature usage and session duration.
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

We do not use your Customer Data to train AI or machine learning models. Your traces, logs, agent interactions, and other Customer Data are used solely to provide and operate the Services on your behalf.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes, nor have we done so in the past 12 months.

- Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the Services (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processing, authentication), under contracts that require them to protect your information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services. Customer Data retention is governed by your subscription plan and configuration. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect your information. These include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, private networking for all databases and caches, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. Enterprise customers may use customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) for additional control.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Request portability of your data.

International Transfers
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Enterprise customers with data residency requirements can deploy the data plane in their preferred region.

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
