Signing in

Enter your work email and Ark sends you a 6-digit code. Codes expire after 10 minutes; if one doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then tap "Use a different email" and send a new one.

Connecting your accounts

Ark asks to connect your mail, calendar or files when a piece of work needs them, and you can connect them yourself in Settings, Connectors. Connecting opens your provider's own sign-in; Ark never sees your password. To remove Ark's access, use your Google or Microsoft account settings, or write to us.

Deleting your account

In Ark, open Settings and tap Delete account. Your account and everything Ark holds for it are deleted. See our Privacy Policy for what that covers.
